These terms apply to DeskOS software and related services provided by ZIIBAY SOFT.
License
Upon payment of agreed fees, your institution receives a non-exclusive license to use DeskOS for internal campus operations. Redistribution or resale of the software is not permitted without written consent.
Support & updates
Active subscription or maintenance agreements include bug fixes and version updates per your plan. Training and implementation are scoped in your proposal.
Customer responsibilities
- Maintain accurate user permissions and secure login credentials.
- Ensure lawful collection and use of student and staff data under applicable regulations.
- Keep backups of your database unless managed hosting includes automated backups.
Limitation of liability
DeskOS is provided as operational software; institutions remain responsible for academic and financial decisions made using system outputs. Liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where law requires otherwise.
