Beyond fees, attendance, and portals, DeskOS includes an AI Teaching Suite (lesson plans, questions, exam papers) and Campus Chat that answers from your live school database. Most local school softwares still do not ship that combination.
In-app AI for teachers: chat, lesson plans, MCQs, worksheets, and exam papers. Basic AI is included with every monthly package; unlimited heavy generation is charged separately. Available on web and the teacher mobile app.
Campus Chat is DeskOS’s live-data assistant. Ask “today fee collection” or “who is absent today”. Parents only see their children. Admins can teach new phrases on the Learning page. Answers never invent fee totals.
Yes. Teachers use the Android app for attendance, assignments, apply leave, share media, salary record, student behaviour and other metrics, AI lesson plans, marks, syllabus, and SMS inbox. Yes. Offline Mobile caches the work on the phone — barcode attendance, class register, and fee receipts go into an outbox and sync when the connection returns. This is designed for Pakistani campuses with load shedding or weak Wi‑Fi.
Yes. Schools start with core modules (students, fees, attendance) and add exams, syllabus, diary, HR, or others when ready. Permissions control who sees each module.
Yes. Multi-branch schools can manage separate campuses with branch-filtered classes, users, and reports while using one central installation.
Every monthly package includes onboarding and training for administrators and key staff. We document workflows for fee billing, attendance, and syllabus setup.
You may host on your own server (on-premise or VPS) or use our managed hosting. We recommend regular backups and HTTPS for production.
The system tracks invoices, payments, and balances with printable receipts. Online payment gateways can be integrated per your requirements — contact us for options.
The standard rate is Rs 10 per student per month. Discounted monthly packages: Rs 2,000 (under 200 students), Rs 2,500 (under 300 students), Rs 3,350 (under 400 students), Rs 4,250 (under 500 students), Rs 5,500 (under 700 students).
